Device Activation

Learn how to activate your Poppy device.

What you’ll need

  • A new, unactivated Poppy device
  • A Wi-Fi network with internet access
  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone that can play a sound

Note: at this time 5ghz wireless networks are not supported.

Activation Steps

  1. Plug the charging dock into the provided power supply.
  2. Insert the device into the charging dock.
  3. Wait for the LED bar on the device to display a marching green pattern.
  4. Visit talkpoppy.com/activate and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation process.
